What is the Lead Credibly research study?

The Lead Credibly Research Study is a quick and easy way for me to connect with you as people managers.

Having only just started this blog I want it to be valuable from the very beginning. This means finding out what challenges you are experiencing and what topics you are interested in.

Help to tailor this blog to your needs by taking part.

Okay what’s involved?

It has six questions and should take around two minutes of your time to complete.

The questionnaire is anonymous, but you do have the option to add your name and email address if you are open to having a 15 minute Skype call with me.

Why am I doing it?

I feel so passionately that people managers should be able to get the support they need. Taking on people management responsibilities is often a shock to the system.

It’s not easy, but often it is glossed over and little to no support is provided. When you’re an entrepreneur it’s even worse – who do you go to for help managing your people if you don’t have a Human Resources department?

I want to build a great resource, which can help people managers get through the day to day stresses and strains of managing and motivating their teams. Furthermore I am very interested in assisting people managers who need help with issues that are not always straightforward.

What will I do with the information

The questionnaire is anonymous so none of your personal information needs to be included. Any information you do provide will be treated with the utmost respect and will never be shared with anyone.

When using your stories for inspiration for posts I will take care to ensure that they are anonymized if you have not done so already.

I would love to talk to you

As mentioned above, I have included the option to volunteer for a Skype call with me if you would like to share more information or talk about stories.
