I’m building an online community of leaders called Modern Leadership!
In 2018 when I created this blog my aim was to help leaders who are either new or who might be struggling with some or all aspects of leading their people.
It’s been a great journey so far and I’ve been enjoying connecting with so many of you personally.
Building these connections has been very fulfilling and has shown me that what I’m working on is truly helping people.
I’ve decided that the next step is to build an online community, and I have chosen to set up a Facebook group called ‘Modern Leadership’.

It can be lonely at the top
As a leader it can be very difficult to ask for help when we need it. We’re trying to show that we can do the job, and to admit we need help within our organization can be seen as a sign of weakness.
Modern Leadership is for you, and for leaders like you around the world. It is a safe place where you can ask for help as well as share your own experience with others to help them.
You can ask for help anonymously in Modern Leadership because leaders face daunting issues
I have set up a mechanism for Modern Leaders to share their question anonymously. This enables full honesty in sharing, and it enable us to address the scariest of issues without judgement.
